If you insist on using down feathers, you can't just stuff them into any old fabric all willy nilly. The sharp ends of the feathers will poke out and make your clients curse your name until the end of time. You MUST use a down ticking fabric. This provides an initial barrier between the feathers and the outside world. Real talk though... they are going to find a way. Down feathers are not your friend. This fabric comes in two different widths. Consider this in your measurements before purchasing, and also consider future uses. Do you make mostly larger seat cushions with the stuff? or are you sticking to small pillows? Conserve materials where you can because this shit is expensive.
